Just got my copy of Vegucated in a late nite delivery that scared the crap out of my cats. Woohoo!

Dude, I totally made pasta sauce from scratch and it’s freaking delicious! No recipe, just some ingredients and an idea. Does this mean I’m a cook now?

It’s also completely vegan. I used:

• garlic because, yum
• onions
• almond milk
• Sundried tomatoes
• vegan sour cream
• tapioca flour
• mushrooms even though, yuck
• SPINACH!! because it’s scrum-diddly

I want one of these to replace my awesome card/money holder that I lost one fateful nite while biking to a movie. I need to get back to my anti-purse/bag roots. The bonus on this is that it’s animal-friendly. Even if I did get one I’m torn between the white/burgandy, grey/purple, and black/forest color combinations.
